CCAR 03 ÓRDENES DE ALLANAMIENTO POR ROBOS REITERADOS A LOCALES COMERCIALES

TEXTO: Fecha, personal del GTO Cria 2da Ls, a raíz de hechos acaecidos donde NN ingresa a varios comercios y cometen ilícito; tareas investigativas, se logra la identificación y posterior aprehensión de ULISES ANDRÉS GAETANO sindicado como autor de los mismo, obteniéndose de la UFI Nro. 06 Desc Av-Ls y Juzg. de Garantías Nro. 03, tres órdenes de allanamiento, los cuales fueron efectivizados arrojando el siguiente resultado: OBJETIVO Nro. 01: sito calle FELIX DE ALZAGA al 2800, , Ls, se procede a secuestrar (13) TELÉFONOS CELULARES DE DISTINTAS MARCAS Y MODELOS; (03) RELOJES DIGITALES EN ESTUCHE;(02) RELOJES DIGITALES SUELTOS, 3 PARLANTES BLUETOOTH, (05) ENCENDORES DIGITALES; (03]) MAQUINAS DE CORTAR PELO; Y (01) PANTALÓN COLOR GRIS CON LINEAS NEGRAS, SIMILAR AL QUE UTILIZA EL SINDICADO EN UN HECHO. OBJETIVO Nro. 02: sito en calle PEDERNERA al 2600 de Ls y al secuestro: 1 CARABINA MARCA MAHELY NRO.SERIE 34150; 1 PISTOLÓN MARCA FORASTERO, CALIBRE 14M/M, SIN NRO. DE SERIE; (03) CARTUCHOS DE PISTOLÓN MARCA ORBEA, CALIBRE 14M/M; (03) CELULARES DE DISTINTAS MARCAS Y MODELOS; 1 CAMPERA COLOR AZUL MARCA ADIDAS CON FRANJAS BLANCAS EN LOS LATERALES DE AMBAS MANGAS, LA CUAL EL SIDICADO UTILIZA EN UNO DE LOS HECHOS COMETIDOS. OBJETIVO Nro. 03: sitoen calle ACHAVAL al 2400 de Ls, se identifica a la Sra VERAS MARINA ISABEL (79), en donde arroja resultado NEGATIVO.- Mantenida Ccion con la fiscalía preventora dispone secuestro de todos los elementos, se remitan las actuac y secuestros a sede judicial.
